Roll call was taken by answering What was your favorite part of the fair?

The minutes of the June meeting were read by Nicole Haase; they were approved.

Taylor Zamrzla led the club in singing “Twinkle Twinkle Little Star”.

The treasurers report was given by treasurer, Amy Westerman.

In 4-H Council report, Taylor Zamrzla announced that the summer pool and pizza party is Aug 14 from 6-8.

In Leaders report, Sarah Goss reminded the club that state fair exhibits are due Friday, the After Fair Meeting is Monday and Record Books and Pin Applications are due Sept. 26.  She also thanked everyone for a great fair. Christina Vague had the club sign thank yous.  Taylor Zamrzla introduced her foreign exchange student from Japan.

There was no old business.

In new business, the club decided to have a snow cone stand at the rodeo on Friday and Saturday nights.  The club will purchase 8 gallons of syrup and rent a second machine. We will sell 12 oz snow cones for $2.  Officer elections will be at regular time at the September meeting. We will give $80 to 4-H council for the pizza pool party.  The club will reimburse Bob Nienke for a wheelbarrow.

In the program portion of the meeting, the club reviewed the fair.

The meeting was adjourned.

The club enjoyed treats from the Grothusen family.
